New The Dark Knight Rises photos reveal more plot details

The latest Summer Movie Preview issue of Entertainment Weekly includes some exciting teaser photos from The Dark Knight Rises, giving us a bit more of a sneak peek into its characters including Batman, Catwoman, Bane, Bruce Wayne, Selina Kyle, John Blake and even Lucius Fox.

The biggest reveal of the six photos released has to be of super villain Bane standing in some kind of office hold up, sporting a new vest.  Does the location suggest a take-over or robbery?  Does the outfit look like prison garb? Other interesting photos include Catwoman robbing Wayne Manor and Batman standing in the middle of the street holding a tablet device (or a giant remote control!).

With just over three months left to wait until The Dark Knight Rises hits the IMAX Melbourne Museum screen, these photos have only added to the anticipation we are all feeling.  We know Chris Nolan is going to deliver something extraordinary in this finale to the epic trilogy...but exactly what he’ll deliver by way of plot is still a mystery we can’t wait to solve.

Don’t forget that The Dark Knight Rises is set to feature nearly 50 minutes of IMAX-shot footage, roughly double the amount to The Dark Knight. The only way to experience this footage to its full affect, the way Chris Nolan intended, is to see it on a traditional giant IMAX screen. So why not see it on the world’s 3rd largest screen here at IMAX Melbourne Museum.

Tickets go on sale early June for a 19 July release.
