Available Saturdays and Sundays excluding school holidays (10:20am film screening, 10am-12:30pm exclusive use of function room).

Payment is required on the day of the party, prior to the event commencing. Access to IMAX Melbourne is available from 10:00am to help facilitate set up and payment. 

Film sessions are subject to availability.

Guests are welcome to bring their own cake. If doing so, please ensure you provide your own plates and cutlery.

For safety reasons, IMAX Melbourne does not allow naked flames in the building and therefore birthday candles with flames cannot be used. Helium balloons and piñatas are also prohibited.

Guests are welcome to decorate the function room so long as it is returned to its previous state after the event. BYO Blu Tack and party decorations. 

IMAX Melbourne requires a minimum of one adult supervisor for every 10 children. The supervisor is to accompany the birthday group at all times, including during the film.
