220 Million years ago, as dinosaurs were taking control of the Earth; another reptile was beginning its domination of the skies: the pterosaur. With wingspans of up to 40 feet, pterosaurs were equal in size to modern day jet planes.
In Flying Monsters 3D, Sir David Attenborough seeks to uncover the truth about the mysterious and enigmatic pterosaur and to find out how and why these ‘flying monsters’ managed to defy gravity and fly.
Flying Monsters 3D opens at IMAX Melbourne Museum on 22 March 2012. Check out the Flying Monsters 3D trailer here.
