See the Dark Knight Rises prologue here!
Warner Bros has just confirmed that IMAX Melbourne Museum and IMAX Sydney will be showing the six minute prologue for the Dark Knight Rises, ahead of Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol screenings.
The prologue footage will only show at film based theatres with 70 millimeter projection across the globe.
Only days since filming wrapped on Chris Nolan’s ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ – which is set for release in mid 2012 - the internet rumour mill went into overdrive with speculation over which cinemas would be selected to screen the six minute prologue to the much anticipated final chapter of the latest Batman trilogy.
Some movie blog-sites, such as www.whatculture.com even went as far as listing theatres across the globe that they believed would be showing the prologue, which mentioned IMAX Melbourne Museum, before any official announcements were made.
However, we can now confirm that Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol, which opens at 9:30pm on the 14 December at IMAX Melbourne Museum.
There has also been a number of bloggers who have put up spoiler alerts, claiming that they know what The Dark Knight Rises prologue footage will contain.

In other The Dark Knight Rises news, actor Christian Bale has announced that his time playing Batman is over.
According to Us Magazine, Bale said that “I wrapped a few days ago so that will be the last time I'm taking that Batman hood off. I believe that the whole production wrapped yesterday, so it’s all done.”
