• IMAX Melbourne Big League Membership (BLM) costs $35 and is valid for a 12 month period.
• BLM must be renewed annually to continue the availability of membership benefits. IMAX Melbourne will send individual communications reminding members of their renewal date.
• All BLM ticket purchases and rewards redemptions can be made online or onsite.
• Purchasing a membership or renewing online does not attract an online booking fee.
• BLM is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• BLM is only valid at IMAX Melbourne and cannot be used in conjunction with any other membership program.
• To join the BLM program you must be aged 15 or over and have a valid email address and mobile phone number. When signing up, mobile phone number must be entered containing numbers only - no symbols. If you are under 18 years of age your parent or guardian must approve your Membership purchase prior to you submitting your personal details to us.
• One (1) membership only per email address and mobile phone number.
• Online access is provided by logging in to the Members platform using the email address and password provided during the BLM purchase.
• Once logged in to your BLM online you can view any rewards you have available to use under the 'rewards and offers' tab. Your movie visit and transaction history is also available to view, under the 'transactions' tab.
• To access available BLM tickets including reward tickets online, choose the appropriate ticket type from the menu available on the ‘choose your tickets’ page after choosing your movie, session time and seats.
• BLM provides a minimum $5 discount for adult, concession and child tickets for Hollywood feature length movies.
• BLM provides flat rate $12 tickets for IMAX 45 minute documentary movies.
• BLM discounts may not be available with other discounted pricing offers or paid special event screenings, however tickets purchased for these screenings will count towards your ‘Every 6^th movie free’ reward.
• A maximum of ten (10) of each type of BLM discounted tickets can be purchased per transaction..
• A complimentary ‘2^nd movie free’ reward will be issued online the day after a new member has purchased a ticket to their first movie, or after a member has purchased a ticket to their first movie after renewing. Your complimentary reward will be available to use the day after purchasing your first ticket as a member after purchasing or renewing.
• After the ‘2^nd movie free’ complimentary ticket reward has been used, a member will be entitled to a recurring complimentary ticket reward promoted as the ‘Every 6^th movie free’ reward.
• You must purchase tickets to 5 x different movie sessions to qualify for the ‘Every 6^th movie free’ reward. Your ‘Every 6^th movie free’ reward will then automatically be made available online one day after the final transaction in the qualifying period.
• ‘2^nd movie free’ and ‘Every 6^th movie free’ rewards expire 180 days from the date of issue. You may choose to upgrade your complimentary pass to Premium seating by selecting the Premium version of the pass and paying the upgrade fee. 
• Please note: Both standard and Premium seating options will appear on the 'rewards and offers' page, but only one can be redeemed. 
• A ‘Birthday’ complimentary reward ticket will be automatically available for active BLMs to use on their birthday (if date of birth has been provided). The ‘Birthday’ reward has a 28 day expiry period. ‘Birthday’ rewards are not valid for movies on the NFT list. The ‘Birthday’ reward is valid for standard seating only.
• All rewards (inclduing Birthday) expire at 2am on the date of expiry and cannot be extended.
• Members who have not provided their birth date must contact IMAX Melbourne to provide it in order to receive the 'Birthday' reward ticket.
• BLM ‘Birthday’ rewards that become active during a closure period will not be credited or extended.
• All complimentary rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Complimentary reward tickets cannot be refunded using the refund link on your ticket. If you need to refund or swap a booking that includes a reward ticket, please contact us.
• Members receive a 10% discount on all IMAX Candy Bar items*, as well as exclusive ‘Members Only’ Candy Bar offers (*unless already discounted).
• ‘Members Only’ pre-sales will be made available for select new release movies. Pre-sales will be available for the initial ticket release for each movie only.
• Members will have access to certain ‘Members First’ and special event screenings. General public tickets will only go on sale to these events if not sold out.
• IMAX Melbourne cannot credit a visit to a BLM if they have purchased a ticket online without first logging in as a member.
• Members must present valid ID to support the purchase of a concession member ticket.
• Physical BLM cards are available for all members and can be collected at IMAX Melbourne during theatre opening hours. However, BLM cards are not required to access membership benefits either online or onsite.
• Digital membership cards are available online after logging in and choosing 'view card' on your membership page. The QR code can be used onsite to access your member tickets and discounts at the candy bar.
• IMAX Melbourne reserves the right to amend, alter, withdraw or terminate the IMAX Big League membership program or any program feature or reward at any time with appropriate notice.
